About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented professional with 5–6 years of experience who can independently manage transactions and drive them to closure. The role requires strong execution skills, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to navigate an evolving environment where processes and structures may continue to develop.
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership from start to finish, is comfortable multitasking, and proactively finds solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire HR Operations, covering employee onboarding,



employee lifecycle transactions, transfers, promotions, confirmations, payroll inputs, employee data management, exits and other HR operational processes.
• Handle HRMS/HRIS systems and employee master data with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity and timely updates.
• Prepare and manage HR MIS, dashboards and operational reports using advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Drive process automation and digitisation of HR operations wherever possible, leveraging HR technology and workflow tools.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR transactions while maintaining defined SLAs, process controls and compliance requirements.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy and employee experience.
• Manage HR data reconciliation and audits, ensuring consistency across HRMS, payroll and other systems.
