In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain construction project schedules. You will plan and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure the established goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame. You should have proficiency and a working knowledge of Primavera/P6, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), CPM scheduling (Critical Path Methods), Resource Loading, Delay Analysis, etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the development of schedules for estimating, as requested
Coordinate with the Project Manager with the preparation of estimates-to-complete and cash flow projections for cost-loaded schedules.
Develop project schedules for business development that will be submitted with the proposals.
