Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Management professional with 8–12 years of experience in HR technology, including strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Workday Talent Management solutions across the organization.
• The role requires solid knowledge of Workday business processes, configuration, integrations,



reporting, testing, production support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

WORKDAY TALENT MANAGEMENT

• Lead configuration and support of Workday Talent Management modules.
• Configure and maintain Performance Management, Talent & Performance, Goals, Competencies, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review processes.
• Configure Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, approvals, and security.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Configure performance review and evaluation processes.
• Manage performance review templates, review periods, eligibility rules, and business processes.
• Configure competencies, skills, goals, and performance ratings.
• Support calibration and talent review proce
