Role Purpose
UNIDEL is looking for a Business Development & Innovation GTM Analyst to work across new initiatives and growth opportunities at the Group level.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to commercialisation. You will work across different UNIDEL businesses and recent projects, helping identify opportunities, develop business models, build partnerships, launch initiatives, and turn early stage ideas into commercially viable offerings.
The role sits at the intersection of business development, innovation, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercialise new ideas: Help take new products, initiatives, and concepts from early-stage thinking through to market.
• Identify growth opportunities: Research new markets, customer segments, business models, partnerships,
and revenue opportunities.
• Build new initiatives: Develop concepts, business cases, launch plans, partnerships, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive projects from 0→1: Translate ideas into clear plans and work cross-functionally to bring them to life.
• Develop partnerships: Identify and engage potential customers, collaborators, institutions, brands, and strategic partners.
• Support launches & creatives: Contribute to positioning, communication, presentations, campaign concepts, and launch materials.
• Conduct market research: Track competitors, emerging trends, customer behaviour, and new technologies to identify opportunities for UNIDEL.
• Drive execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects move from discussion to delivery.
Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience across business development, innovation, growth, strategy, consulting, startups, or related roles.
