About the Role
Vedantu is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Support bulk and day-to-day hiring requirements.
Requirements
• 0–3 months of recruitment/TA experience; freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work from office six days a week.
