Job Track Description:

The Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, governance, reporting, and delivery of IT projects. This role partners with delivery teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leaders to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.

The position provides PMO leadership, project controls, portfolio reporting, risk and issue management, schedule governance, resource planning support, and executive-level communications while driving consistency with organizational project management standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

• Support execution of multiple IT projects across the organization.





• Establish and maintain project governance processes, standards, and controls.

• Facilitate project reviews and status reporting.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards.

• Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Planning and Delivery Management

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule variances.

• Support release planning, implementation planning, and delivery readiness activities.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

• Maintain project risk, issue, action item, and decision logs.

• Facilitate identification, assessment, and mitigation of delivery risks.
