We're looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support clients across Drysdale and the Bellarine Peninsula. Responsibilities

About the Role You'll provide person-centred support that empowers clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and disability support
• Manual handling (including hoists and mobility equipment)
• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry and meal preparation)
• Community access and transport (escorted and unescorted)
• Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner




• Building meaningful relationships while supporting clients to achieve their individual goals

Shift Type: Inactive Sleepovers

What We're Looking

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern
• Hands-on manual handling experience, including hoists, slide sheets and other mobility equipment
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
