Work you'll do

Provide risk and contract management support to the US Risk Managers as follows:

• Review and analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop appropriate exceptions documents
• Review and provide risk feedback on draft proposals
• Review and provide input on statements of work, work orders,



and change orders for medium to high-complexity contractual documents for IT services by reviewing for contractual clarity and promoting risk mitigations
• Identify and document key contractual terms and requirements, including obligations, deliverables, and key methodologies such as performance measures, productivity achievement, and invoicing
• Analyze and assess potential impacts associated with contractual risks and issues
• Help resolve and escalate issues as required
• Periodically interface with internal stakeholders to help monitor progress of contractual obligations and deliverables
• Provide support for customized subcontracting arrangements, working closely with the US Risk Managers to ensure all subcontracts include applicable prime contract flow-down provisions
• Understand stakeholder requirements and develop recommended approaches
• Build relationships with program leadership and other stakeholder
