This position is responsible for supporting the effective execution of skill and livelihood programs through regular coordination with SSCs, Training Partners, Training Centers, and trainers. The role contributes to smooth operational management, stakeholder engagement, data tracking, and reporting functions, ensuring timely implementation of scheme activities.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Support implementation and monitoring of skill and livelihood programs, including SIDH-VILT.
• Coordinate with SSCs, TPs, TCs, trainers, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, follow-ups,
and issue resolution.
• Track training schedules, nominations, batches, and certification activities.
• Maintain MIS, databases, and ensure data quality through regular validation and analysis.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
• Develop process documents, SOPs, best practices, and success stories.
• Support stakeholder capacity building and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and records for operational and audit requirements.
• Undertake other program and operational tasks as assigned.
