In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between Qualcomm's engineering teams and IVI/ADAS automotive customers, driving issue resolution, root cause analysis, and customer success on Qualcomm-powered platforms

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical engineering support to Qualcomm IVI/ADAS automotive customers.

• Collaborate with PDM and engineering teams to address customer requirements and resolve reported issues.

• Support issues reported by customers in lab environments, drive tests, and certification processes.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



of customer-reported issues and provide structured feedback to engineering teams.

• Analyse graphics performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions across QNX/Android/Hypervisor-based platforms.

• Develop and maintain debug scripts and automation tools to accelerate customer issue triage.

• Engage in on-site or remote customer support as needed to drive issue closure.

• Contribute to skill documentation, knowledge bases, and internal triage guides for the CE team.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems or graphics engineering.

• Working experience with Linux kernel device drivers, system stability, and boot architecture.

• Working experience with Android, QNX, and hypervisor-based platforms (e.g., HQX).
