Role Overview
Independently lead and oversee end‑to‑end price implementation and order management processes for a designated customer portfolio, ensuring consistently high accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Act as a subject matter expert within the OTC area, providing advanced guidance, mentoring, and support to junior and mid‑level team members.
Take full ownership of complex price updates in SAP, perform advanced order validation, and ensure comprehensive and audit‑ready documentation within the ServiceNow. A senior specialist proactively identifies systemic issues, drives root‑cause analysis, and leads cross‑functional collaboration to resolve discrepancies and enhance process stability.
The role includes initiating and leading process improvements, contributing to automation and standardization efforts, and partnering with stakeholders across functions to strengthen end‑to‑end OTC performance. A Senior OTC Analyst is expected to challenge existing processes, propose data‑driven solutions,



and support strategic initiatives that elevate overall service quality and business impact.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Price Implementation & Order Processing
- Independently lead, coordinate, and supervise the full lifecycle of pricing and order handling processes, including:
- managing, validating, and optimizing contract handling downloaded from customers’ online portals (B2B and others), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- performing advanced validation of customer orders, identifying exceptions, misalignments, and risks against approved pricing databases and commercial agreements
- coordinating and executing complex price updates and changes in SAP, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams
- reviewing, creating, and modifying documents in SAP and Platform PaaS, ensuring high-quality data, traceability, and audit readiness
