The HR Coordinator is not only to provide assistance but to lead in Human Resource work for the Asia Regional Office and its supported partners organisations, responsible for Selection and Recruitment process, maintaining HR & Process documentation, talent acquisition, administration of leave, facilitating appraisal process,



preparing contract documents and payroll etc. This position plays a critical role in the HR management of Trickle Up's Branch.

The objective of this role would be To contribute towards making TUP a preferred place to work by fostering a positive, inclusive, supportive, and values-driven work environment where employees feel engaged, valued, motivated, and empowered to perform at their best. The role will support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning and development, well-being, recognition, retention, and organizational culture, while ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes.
