What you'll be doing:

Collaborating and driving impactful projects involving data visualization, data analysis, AI automation, and data curation in partnership with the Business Finance team.

Working in direct, constant partnership with the Business Finance team, sharing in their mission and consulting on the evolution of their data and analysis strategy.

Owning the outcomes of assigned analytics initiatives,



taking personal accountability for end-to-end project delivery from scoping to execution.

Gathering business requirements and delivering actionable recommendations that are presented routinely at the executive level to drive adoption and decision-making.

Developing and leveraging AI-assisted tools and automated workflows to accelerate data exploration, streamline ad-hoc reporting, and improve forecasting precision.

Mentoring and growing peer analysts across the organization to help team members achieve their technical and professional potential.

Evangelizing analytics best practices and data governance principles by cultivating stakeholder relationships and developing transparent end-user resources.

Supporting the team's ongoing project management, strategic decision-making, and long-term planning efforts.

Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI and ML), and data analytics best practices, actively applying them to me
