We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Founder’s Office Executive / Executive Assistant who can work closely with the founder and help bring structure, speed, and follow through across multiple business priorities.

This is not a traditional administrative EA role. We’re looking for someone who can open new doors, start conversations, coordinate people, follow up strongly, and make sure important things actually get closed.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage meetings, priorities, follow ups, and action items
• Take clear Minutes of Meeting and track tasks till closure




• Research companies, decision makers, clients, candidates, and new opportunities
• Use LinkedIn actively for research, outreach, networking, and initiating conversations
• Coordinate hiring processes, interviews, and candidate communication
• Support business development follow ups and first level outreach
• Maintain important documents, contracts, trackers, and business information
• Manage Excel / Google Sheets and prepare clear status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, candidates, and external partners
• Keep multiple projects organized and reduce the founder’s need to micromanage

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Solid presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn
• Comfortable identifying the right people and initiating professional conversations
• Very good Ex
