Impact &contribution;: As part of our Digital Sales Crew, we are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building AI-powered, agent-driven systems that enhance customer and banker experiences. You will be part of a team delivering intelligent, context-aware digital solutions that drive productivity and improve end-to-end relationship management journeys.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers,



AI/Platform architects and SMEs to define and execute the technical vision for agent-enabled systems

• Design, build and operate scalable full-stack applications using Python backend and modern TypeScript frontend frameworks

• Develop AI/agent workflows including tool orchestration, context handling and system integration

• Build and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and external services

• Ensure high-quality engineering through unit, integration and end-to-end testing practices

• Contribute to and evolve development standards, best practices, and reusable components

• Lead CI/CD implementation and manage release pipelines for reliable deployments

• Implement observability, monitoring and alerting for production systems

• Troubleshoot performance, reliability and integration issues across distributed systems

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance and platform alignment
