About The Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day and month-to-month financial engine of the group — the accuracy of the books, the movement of cash, and the health of working capital. The focus is on actuals controls, liquidity, compliance, and the operational rigour that keeps a fast-scaling, regulated fintech financially sound.

What Will You Do In This Role

Financial Controllership & Accounting Operations

• Own the integrity of the general ledger and the group's books of account across all legal entities, in compliance with Ind AS.
• Run a fast, reliable month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with clear ownership of reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and cut-offs.
