• Identify content opportunities through market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Build thought leadership initiatives that position the organization as a trusted technology partner.

Content Creation & Management
• Create engaging content including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex technology topics into compelling, business-focused content.
• Research industry trends, client challenges, competitors, and emerging technologies to support content development.
• Interview subject matter experts and business leaders to gather insights for content creation.
• Edit, proofread,



and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Digital Marketing Support
• Publish and maintain content across websites, blogs, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimization.
• Assist with LinkedIn content planning and execution.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including websites, email, social media, webinars, and events.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance improvements.
