We are looking for a results-driven B2B lead generation professional who can build a predictable outbound pipeline, identify the right prospects, and turn targeted outreach into qualified sales conversations.
If you are experienced in B2B prospecting, outbound lead generation, SDR/BDR processes, account research, and pipeline creation, and you enjoy working closely with Sales to deliver measurable results, we’d love to have you on our team.
Role Overview
As a Lead Gen Manager / SDR Manager, you will own and drive the outbound lead-generation engine. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, building high-quality prospect lists, executing multi-channel outreach, qualifying prospects, booking qualified meetings, and contributing directly to sales pipeline.
This is an onsite role for someone with 2+ years of B2B SaaS lead generation, SDR/BDR,



outbound sales development, or demand-generation experience. The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, comfortable with targets and data, and able to continuously improve prospecting and outreach performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Define and refine target accounts, ICPs, industries, geographies, and buyer personas.

• Research companies, decision-makers, business priorities, and relevant buying signals.

• Build, maintain, and segment accurate prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

• Identify and prioritize prospects based on ICP fit, persona, intent, engagement, and potential business value.

• Maintain accurate and actionable prospect information.

2. Outbound & SDR Execution
• Plan and execute outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.
