• Develop MEP BIM models using BIM Software.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.
• Perform clash detection
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
• Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
• Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling..
• Experience in HVAC Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams.
• Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
