Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Business Growth Specialist to join our Artist Management team. The role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands, agencies, corporates and event organisers, and creating revenue opportunities for the artists represented by the company.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entertainment, artist management, events, brand activation and corporate engagement ecosystem, along with excellent networking, pitching and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Experience selling artist performances, entertainment solutions, brand collaborations, event solutions or celebrity associations
• Strong existing network among brands, advertising and event agencies, corporates and marketing professionals
• Ability to independently identify prospects and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities
• Understanding of how brands use artists, celebrities and entertainment for marketing and engagement




• Comfort working with revenue targets and conducting commercial negotiations with senior brand and agency stakeholders

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, Media, Entertainment or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Artist Management, Events, Entertainment, Brand Partnerships, Media or related industries.
• Experience in selling artist performances, entertainment solutions, brand collaborations, event solutions or celebrity associations will be an added advantage.
• Strong existing network among brands, advertising/event agencies, corporates and marketing professionals will be preferred.
