We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Manager - Reporting Operations Americas
In this role, you will:
• Preparation and Present templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the US Regulators.
• Timely submission of monthly and quarterly returns to the Regulators
• Timely preparation of other analysis requested by internal customers
• Ensure participation in various learning initiatives to constantly upgrade their skill set.
• Engages with colleagues across business lines, functions and regions; tracks risks and issues
• Collaborates with stakeholders, building robust relationships to ensure consensus
• Responsive to management and peer queries
• Provides timely reports on consolidation and interaction status, risks and issues
To be successful you will:
• A qualified professional (preferably CA or ICWA or MBA or CFA) with overall post qualification experience of 3+ years.
• Knowledge of USGAAP accounting and consolidation issues.
• Sound knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry, products, and systems.
• Flexibility, tenacity, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm on long running or complex process re-design initiatives.
• Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a team.
• Very strong MS Office skills. (ability to use macros, arrays and other advanced excel formulas)
