Location: (Banjara Hills - Hyderabad)Salary: 4 LPA - 7.5 LPAKey Responsibilities:● Interact with potential customers.● Achieve a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified leads.● Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.



Client Engagement:● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.● Conduct effective discovery calls to understand their needs and present Cloud Hires valueproposition.● Assist prospects in making purchasing decisions and handle objections effectively. Performance & Reporting:● Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets.● Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and conversions in the CRM.● Provide market insights and feedback to improve the sales strategy.
