Team Development 7. Organizational Imperatives Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for the following:1. Achieve Business Volumes - Achieving business sales as per plan.2. Working Capital Management - Regular follow-up with the customer for the payment. - Controlling stocks and discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability - Timely submission of all the bills and documents required for the payment processing3. Channel Management - Improving B2 B Handling capabilities of wholesale dealers. - Appointing of Recent Channel Partners and managing existing channel partners effectively and efficiently. - Extracting more business as per the business objectives.4. Key Account Management - Managing and strengthening key accounts and drive business growth.5. Process Management - Improving relationship with customers and increase enquiry base.



- Ensuring proper documentation and systematic maintenance of the same as required for reporting and audits.6. Team Development -Coaching and guiding the team members to enable them to learn and facilitate the individuals in accomplishing the tasks and responsibilities assigned. - Developing teams through coaching and feedback on Strengths and AODs for enhancing competencies in technical and leadership areas.7.
