Job Requirements
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for shaping and executing the visual experience across the 300+ Helios and 15+ Helios Luxe store network. The role is a blend of creative thinking and detailed execution, translating the identity and positioning of premium and luxury watch brands into compelling physical retail experiences.
The role will involve conceptualising and developing windows, vitrines, in-store displays and retail installations, while ensuring that the final execution is consistent with the brand vision and meets high standards of quality. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury boutique environments, visual storytelling, spatial design, CMF, materials, proportions, dimensions, fixtures and fabrication.
The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with brand partners, Retail Design, Marketing, Category and Operations teams on recent store launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives and special projects. The role will also develop mood boards, concept decks,



catalogues and VM guidelines that clearly communicate the creative direction and enable consistent execution across the network.
Working closely with the four regional VM teams, the role will provide creative direction and ensure consistency in execution across stores. The role will also manage VM vendors and fabrication partners, conduct store visits and audits, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the visual experience.

Work Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, retail design or brand experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail, with a strong understanding of luxury boutique environments and visual storytelling. They should have an excellent eye for space, detail, materials, colour, proportion and finish, along with a good understanding of CMF, fixtures and fabrication.
