Role Description

The Presales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.



This person will be the technical voice of Lexlegis.ai in front of customers and will lead a team of Solution Engineers.

The role is measured on one number: technical win rate across every segment, demo, proof of concept and RFP.

The Presales Manager will lead presales end to end, from lead qualification to final technical sign-off. This includes partnering with the sales team to understand client needs, designing tailored demonstrations, and delivering compelling presentations to General Counsels, Knowledge Management Heads, Tax Heads, IT and InfoSec teams, and government and court officers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Running proofs of concept with clear success criteria agreed up front, so that each engagement ends in a decision
• Owning enterprise RFPs, technical tender responses, and security and DPDP questionnaires
• Building solution narratives, demo scenarios and technical commercial proposals
• Supporting integration planning for new clients, including APIs and data
