Role Purpose
The Product Manager - Campaign Management will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and governing sales incentive campaigns, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and business acceleration contests across internal sales teams and external partner channels. The role will focus on driving higher business volumes, improving productivity, enhancing engagement, and ensuring effective campaign execution across products, regions, and distribution channels.
The incumbent will work closely with Business Heads, Product Teams, Sales Teams, Partnerships, Analytics, HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to launch data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Design
• Conceptualize and design sales campaigns, incentive programs, championships, leaderboards, recognition programs, and partner contests.
• Develop campaign constructs aligned with organizational business goals and growth priorities.
• Design campaigns to drive:
• Higher disbursements
• Customer acquisition




• Cross-sell business
• Product penetration
• Activation(resources & even Partner agents) and productivity
• Collections and portfolio quality metrics
• Create differentiated campaigns for various sales channels, products, and employee grades.

Campaign Execution & Governance
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to closure.
• Define campaign rules, participant eligibility, qualification criteria, gating conditions, payouts, rewards, and recognition mechanisms.
• Ensure timely launch, communication, tracking, and closure of all campaigns.
• Develop campaign governance frameworks and execution calendars.

Sales & Partner Engagement
• Design and manage campaigns for:
• Internal Sales Teams
• Regional and Zonal Teams
• Branch Banking Teams
• Rural Sales Teams
• DSA Channels
• Partnership Channels(Agent/VLE) Networks
• Strategic Business Partners
