negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones• Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing• Build a strong franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads• Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations• Onboard new franchise partners and ensure successful launches• Provide franchisees with training, curriculum, technology and marketing support• Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive Mo M & Qo Q business growth and profitability• Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention• Maintain complete CRM discipline and track every lead, meeting and follow-up• Prepare weekly/monthly sales
