Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and confident Junior Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, reaching out through multiple channels, understanding business requirements, scheduling meetings, supporting proposals, and contributing to revenue growth. The candidate should be comfortable selling digital marketing, creative, recruitment, and staffing solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, industries, and business opportunities through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, directories, social media, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing, creative services,



recruitment, and staffing requirements.
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, and other qualified communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, hiring needs, marketing goals, budget expectations, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, meetings, and presentations between prospective clients and the internal team.
- Present FyerX services professionally and clearly communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare and share service introductions, company profiles, proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications with support from the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
