Autodesk is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Accounts Payable Analyst with a strong foundation in AP operations and a proven track record in automation and AI-driven process transformation. This role is based in Bangalore and reports to the Manager of Global Accounts Payable. It goes beyond transactional processing: you will be expected to identify scalable automation solutions and leverage technologies such as RPA, AI/ML,



and intelligent document processing to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control across the AP function.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices per SLA
- Analyze, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies with appropriate internal and external resources
- Respond to AP-related queries from vendors and internal customers
- Process payments according to the scheduled payment timeline
- Perform month-end closing tasks, including reconciling accounts payable-related general ledger accounts, analyzing aging items, clearing suspense accounts, and posting journal entries
- Work with relevant stakeholders, including Procurement and Finance, to explicit accounts payable balances
- Ensure accounts payable-related balances are reconciled and provide valid explanations for aged items
- Identify opportunities to automate manual AP processes and reduce touchpoints
