About the role:
Gartner is looking for well-rounded and motivated developers to join the Marketing Integration/Intelligence team. The team is responsible for developing scalable and secure applications and tools to help Sales and Service delivery associates be more effective and productive. The team follows a 2-week Agile sprint model and works on advanced techniques for high-performance web development, data analytics, and system integration.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of application developers, product operations, and architects to understand complex product requirements and translate them into automated solutions.




- Build and deliver Spring Boot/Batch applications integrating with various databases, AWS Services and REST APIs.
- Work with Open-source technologies and applications using Java technology in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests, deployment scripts, and review project artifacts created by peers.
- Create designs and style guides for business requirements.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to the user interface, software architecture, or new technologies.

What you will need :
Strong IT professional with 4-7 years of experience in software development using Java technology. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high ownership and accountability.

- 3.5+ years of relevant experience in Core Java using J2EE, Spring Boot/Batch frameworks.
