The Role: Lead Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner with 4–7 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on corporate hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand requirements, build talent pipelines, and drive hiring from sourcing to closure.
You will work on a diverse range of corporate roles across functions such as Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Leadership role and Campus Programs depending on business requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to own multiple mandates simultaneously, bring strong market understanding, advise stakeholders on talent availability, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand corporate hiring requirements and define the right candidate profile.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closure.
- Hire across diverse corporate functions, including Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Leadership role and Campus Programs.
