About this Role





We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering qualified to lead testing delivery for services and programmes within the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality test outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, driving efficiency through resource optimisation, and shaping the strategic direction for service expansion and new implementations. The individual will play a key role in aligning testing practices with business priorities, risks, and delivery timelines.

What you’ll do

Act as the primary testing expert for assigned applications across programmes and projects.
Define, review, and assure the quality of test strategies, scenarios, test cases, and regression coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including development, architecture, product, delivery, and business teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
