Qualified Experience description:
Having experience in Costing, MIS, Accounting etc.
Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:
To prepare various cost reports & extend support to SH/DH Accounts in analysis of actual cost in different ways w.r.t. budget and working out for reason of variation. Cost working includes manufacturing fixed cost, variable cost and operating parameters of the plant and various component of working capital.

Cost Analysis Report - PMS Costing Report
-Preparation of MIS- Daily/weekly/monthly reports covering variable, fixed cost, plant key parameters for review of the management.
-Collection of data from different departments and preparation of reports for variations related to variable & fixed cost of Clinker & Cement w.r.t. budget
-Mines Cost Report - to calculate the per MT cost of limestone and to enable Mines dept to file monthly return and analyze reason of deviations.




-Power generation cost – Prepare the detailed power generation cost to optimize performance parameters.
-Monitoring of plant Key performance parameters, cost comparision with bench marking

Periodic financial reports - MPR Presentation and Review Reports for Cluster head, CMO
-To prepare monthly plant performance report (MPR) To present department wise analysis of cost variances with respect To budget allocation
- Prepare report for Cluster head, CMO review, Unit Head review as per their requiremetn and various other reports including manufacturing council report etc.
-Prepare various schedules to analyse the expenses
- Interaction with Internal/statutory Auditors and provide the data

Maintenance of TM1 Activities
-Maintaining TM1 activities as per CFD and P&B; Guidelines
-Support to SH/DH to provide required data to Cost / KRA analysis
-Verification of AS2 valuation and update in SAP
