The Workday Reporting Senior Associate 2 is responsible for all work activities associated with the design, build, test, and deployment of Workday reports, including management of the review and sign off process with Workday Functional Leads and business subject matter experts (SMEs). This position will work with the Talent Analytics Manager to understand the proposed design of the Workday solution and the impact to providing reports to users.
This position works with Functional Leads / SMEs to gather reporting requirements for all reports and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality- Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards. The role includes analyzing Workday delivered reports to determine whether current reports can be leveraged/configured or whether new custom reports are required. The role will also help to establish reporting standards and support data governance.
Essential Duties
- Workday HCM report creation, maintenance, and optimization. Requirements gathering, build, test and debug Workday HCM reports & Dashboards.
- Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
- Create reports out of HCM and other database systems as required by internal stakeholders.
