Job Summary and Business Unit Overview

Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) was created in September 2023 by combining Blackstone's Credit and Insurance businesses. BXCI offers a broad range of solutions across corporate and asset-based credit, including investment-grade and non-investment-grade private credit. BXCI invests across the credit markets and manages strategies focused on sectors with strong fundamentals.
We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to lead the Investment Allocations team within BXCI.



The role will oversee the Bengaluru Center of Excellence (CoE) team and partner closely with global Investment Allocations stakeholders. The Vice President will be responsible for allocation governance, operational execution, controls, data quality, team leadership, and strategic transformation. The role requires sound judgment, robust execution discipline, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across Investments, Capital Formation, Insurance, Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance, and Data teams.
