Job role:

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to own the full spectrum of human resources for our corporate team in Indore. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, partnering with founders and business heads on people decisions while personally driving recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and engagement.



You'll be the go-to HR person in a fast-moving, multi-vertical startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Partner with business leaders to plan workforce requirements.
- Strengthen employer branding and hiring strategies.

HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and exits.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Maintain HRMS and employee documentation.

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits.

Performance Management
