Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
The candidate will be responsible for technical ownership, solution design, code quality, team mentoring, and delivering scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
- Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
