We are seeking a highly driven and meticulous individual to join our Control function within Transaction Banking. In this pivotal role, you will directly contribute to strengthening our operational resilience by identifying control gaps, executing critical reconciliations,

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Execute timely and precise reconciliations across complex data sets to proactively identify and mitigate potential discrepancies.
- Support investigations and drive the resolution of identified breaks, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation initiatives to enhance control efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of existing controls, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
