- Interact with field agents over calls and provide timely support
- Build and maintain positive relationships with field agents
- Explain basic insurance products and resolve their queries
- Meet daily productivity targets such as call count, talk time, and quality
- Update call details in the system accurately
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tele-calling and customer handling
- Basic understanding of insurance
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment
