TUV SUD's Product Services (PS) Division is at an inflection point. With six distinct business lines (Medical & Health Services, Electronic & Electrical, Softlines, Hardlines, FMCG and Commercial Products), the division has deep technical expertise and strong market positions. What it now needs is a seasoned commercial leader who can transform a collection of high-performing individual teams into a unified, strategically aligned sales organisation capable of delivering accelerated and sustainable growth. This is a rare prospect for an experienced sales leader to define and own the commercial agenda for a division of real scale and complexity,



working at the intersection of sales strategy, capability building and business transformation.

What You Will Lead

Sales Strategy and Commercial Direction

• Define and own the PS sales strategy, setting the commercial direction across all six business lines.
• Establish a unified sales operating model that drives consistency while enabling business line agility.
• Translate division-level business objectives into concrete commercial plans with clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify and capitalise on cross-division growth opportunities, including through a "One TUV SUD" approach to major accounts.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to PSD leadership on market positioning, growth levers and investment priorities.

Sales Excellence and Process

• Lead the design and implementation of best-in-class sales processes, tools and governance across all PS business lines.
• Drive discipline and consistency
