Technical Support / Application Engineer — Industrial Automation & Robotics

Location: Chennai /Bengaluru (Remote / Travel across India)

? Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R& D on escalations Support customer/distributor training and test new hardware/software releases Requirements
Bachelor's or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related 3+ years in technical support, troubleshooting & field service Strong knowledge of PLCs,



HMIs, servo drives & motion controllers Familiar with Modbus, Ether CAT, CANopen, Profinet, Ether Net/IP; Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory & Io T Able to read electrical schematics & PLC logic; robust analytical & communication skills Fluent English & Hind Robotic arms, robots, AGV/AMR/Shuttle experience a plus Willing to travel across India What We Offer
