Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manager, HRBP to join our Human Resources team in Noida, India. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization,



providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture and employee experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies and solutions
• Provide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
• Facilitate conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
• Conduct performance review cycles and provide guida
