What You’ll Be Part Of
As an Requirements Engineer / Product owner, you will play a pivotal role in transforming product strategy and customer needs into transparent, high-quality technical requirements for next-generation automotive solutions. Working closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams, you will drive requirements definition, feature prioritization, and end-to-end traceability to support successful product delivery. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across Product Ownership, Systems Engineering,



and Requirements Engineering while ensuring alignment with Agile development practices and automotive quality standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact
• This role is a combination of traditional Product Owner, Requirements Engineer and Systems Engineer.

• Proven experience translating business objectives into clear technical requirements and converting them into actionable Agile user stories, acceptance criteria for Epic/Features, prioritize features for each PI release, and delivery roadmaps

• Partner with Product Management to create product roadmap, convert product vision and market requirements into clear, implementable technical requirements that enable predictable product delivery.

• Coordinate requirements analysis activities with System Architects, Hardware Leads, Mechanical Leads, Product Manager, Project Managers and other stakeholders.
