What will you do?
• Oversee supplier quality operations and verify that materials and components meet stringent quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence
• Track and act on supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members on complex quality challenges
