I. Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Field Service Engineer to
manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
of factory machinery and equipment in semiconductor manufacturing fabs. The
role involves working closely with original equipment makers and fab operations
to ensure maximum uptime, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and
quality standards.

Requirements
I. Mandatory Skills

● Strong
knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.

● Experience in manufacturing or factory environments.

● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting
electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

● Understanding of PLCs, automation systems

● Analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently in field
conditions.

● Willingness to travel to
client sites as required.

II. Secondary / Valuable-to-Have Skills

● Experience
in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing process
will be a big plus.





● Familiarity with equipment maintenance
standards and documentation.

● Process
engineering and knowledge of semiconductor processes will be a plus.

● Experience
working with semiconductor inspection and test systems will be a plus.

I. Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance (PM):

● Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance
activities as per OEM manuals and maintenance schedules.

● Ensure timely servicing of machines to avoid
breakdowns and extend equipment life.

● Maintain detailed records of maintenance
activities and compliance.

2. Corrective Maintenance:

● Perform immediate diagnosis and
troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

● Carry out repairs and ensure minimal downtime
of machinery.

● Coordinate with OEMs or vendors for complex
technical issues when required.

3. Performance Monitoring:

● Conduct daily machine walkthroughs and
inspections across the factory floor.
