The Junior Accounting Executive will support day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, vendor management, and financial reporting activities. The role requires ensuring accurate accounting records, timely statutory compliance,



and support for audits and reconciliations in a rapid-paced consumer electronics and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Experience
0-2 years in Accounting, Taxation and Finance Operations

Accounting Operations
• Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations.
• Conduct bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations on a periodic basis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
• Verify accounting documents and ensure proper record maintenance.

Taxation & Compliance
• Prepare data for GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations).
• Reconcile GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) with purchase registers.
• Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Maintain taxation records and compliance trackers.
