Customer Service Representative - Non-Voice –

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused candidates to join our team in Bengaluru. The customer support associate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to queries such as prior authorization of billing, claims, or patient support.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims,



and billing records.
• Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
• Handle email and chat support as required.

What requirements must I meet to join the team?

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
• English Proficiency: B-2 level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, billing, or customer support preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
