Role Overview

Responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless staffing service delivery, and driving client retention and account growth.

Key Responsibilities





• Manage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for client requirements, queries and escalations.
• Understand workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfilment and deployment.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular meetings, reviews and business discussions.
• Monitor account performance, SLA/KPIs, manpower deployment, attrition and service quality.
• Drive resolution of operational, payroll, compliance and employee-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, recent business, cross-selling and increased manpower requirements.
• Handle commercial discussions, rate negotiations, agreement renewals, invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare account MIS and performance reports and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
