• Independently design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, including public-facing dashboards, for state-level and project stakeholders, with strong data modeling and DAX-based measures and KPIs.

• Optimize SQL queries and Power BI data models for performance and reliability across large, production-scale datasets.
• Clean, transform, and structure data using advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and Python (Pandas) for more complex or repetitive data processing tasks.

• Present data and findings in a explicit, easy-to-understand form for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independently create appealing presentations and deliver them to internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Independently create data, M&E;, and impact reports for specific teams and projects.
• Support and mentor junior data engineers on SQL, Power BI, and data analysis practices.
• Coordinate with the Project team and district-level stakeholders to deliver timely, district-wise data and reports.
