About Rishihood University

Rishihood is a non-profit university founded by technocrats, philanthropists, policymakers, social and spiritual

leaders, entrepreneurs, and educators. It nurtures leadership and promises a triple impact to its learners -

skilled success, personal satisfaction, and public service.

In a 25-acre fully residential campus in Delhi NCR, Rishihood has students from 27 different states and 4

countries within just 3 years. It gives interdisciplinary learning that includes a set of foundational courses, a

About the Role

You’ll have the opportunity to create a 1 to 10 journey in the establishment of a unique startup university. You

will drive marketing, community, content, branding, admissions, and affiliate partnerships, identifying

key growth areas & executing the plan.

Requirements
Responsibilities:

● Assist in managing and maintaining the University’s CRM tool.

● Organize,



clean, and update data for accuracy and consistency.

● Generate actionable insights and performance reports using Power BI and MS Excel.

● Support in tracking campaign performance and student engagement data.

● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to streamline data processes.

● Help automate and optimize data workflows where possible.
